For more than 129 years, Bernhardt Furniture has been selling distinctive, luxury home furnishings throughout the country. Inspired by art and architecture, their ultra-modern furniture sets the standard for elegance and contemporary design.
In the wake of their first showroom opening in Utah, Bernhardt Interiors lacked a digital presence to help convey their luxury offerings and services to the local market.
Using existing brand photography, we designed and developed a simple and elegant microsite that works equally well across devices large and small. Generous amounts of white-space, a quiet aesthetic, and overlapping images help make the photography the real hero of the site.
Bernhardt came to us with only a barebones kit of branding elements: a logo, typeface, and beautiful photography. We were able to use these as a jumping off point to develop a more in-depth typography system and color palette. Our goal was to simultaneously complement Bernhardt's luxury products while not overshadowing the aesthetics of the images.
